Connection for kids + caregivers!
A fun and engaging one-hour class for caregivers and babies/children. In each class we incorporate art, yoga, movement, play, and music! Jessica Sharpe and Sarah Manson are the co-teachers of this super cool class. Join us in Atlantic Beach at Beaches Vineyard/Atlantic 8 Theaters on Friday's. About Us:
Jessica Sharpe Relyea is an artist and mom of two young children. She is passionate about teaching others the process of creation and guiding children of all ages to find their inner voice. Jessica holds a MFA in Painting and has been working as a freelance artist and instructor for over 15 years. She has most recently completed credit hours of LifeWays training, a Waldorf-based early childhood care program.
Sarah Manson grew up at the beach, and now has two wonderfully wild little boys. She recieved her BFA in Fine Art from UNF with a focus on painting and drawing. After college, Sarah recieved her Yoga Teaching certificate (now an E-RYT for having over 1,000 hours of teaching) from Asheville Yoga Center. She has taught yoga to adults, kids, and to special needs students for 8 years. She believes that mindfulness, connection, and creativity are so needed for moms, caregivers, and our children (basically everyone)!
